I used to know an old time song that I can\u2019t find on the net, called Wagon Wheels, that went like this: \u201cWagon wheels, wagon wheels, keep on turning, wagon wheels. Roll along, sing your song, wagon wheels carry me home.\u201d<\/p>\n Red River Rock by Johnny and the Hurricanes<\/a><\/p>\n One of my favorite love songs was Red River Valley, and this version tied it in with the rock and roll scene.<\/p>\n Walk Don\u2019t Run by The Ventures<\/a><\/p>\n This was very popular, and I heard it again recently on the radio.<\/p>\n Wipeout by The Beach Boys<\/a><\/p>\n The other day a mail lady mentioned this song to me, so here it is by the Beach Boys. We have had some real bad weather here in Canada recently.<\/p>\n Baby Elephant Walk by Henry Mancini<\/a><\/p>\n This song was a hit when I was a kid, and it was only about a year ago I discovered it was on the John Wayne movie \u201cHatari.\u201d<\/p>\n Pipeline by The Ventures<\/a><\/p>\n We had a record in Rhodesia of The Ventures teaching you how to play the three guitars. I think this song was used as the background music for an advert on TV.<\/p>\n Red Sails in the Sunset by Billy Vaughn<\/a><\/p>\n When I was little, my aunt and uncle in Uvongo used to play this song on their mouth organs on their veranda at sunset. Nice memories.<\/p>\n Raunchy Twist by The G Men<\/a><\/p>\n Somewhere in my youthful childhood I seem to remember hearing this song.<\/p>\n Sail Along Silvery Moon by Billy Vaughn<\/a><\/p>\n I love this song. The music is so nice. It would be nice if someone could make a nice power point of this song with two lovers by the beach in the moonlight.<\/p>\n Stranger on the Shore by Acker Bilk<\/a><\/p>\n This was another hit song when I was a teenager.<\/p>\n White silver sands<\/a><\/p>\n Here is another nice song, that makes me want to be by the beach.<\/p>\n Hit Instrumentals \u2013 Amazing Grace \u2013 Bagpipes<\/a><\/p>\n I played in a band once where the keyboard man had bagpipes on his keyboard.
