I have noticed on the internet, that a lot of farmers are being killed in South Africa. Someone told me, that since Mandela took over, over 70,000 white people have been brutally murdered in South Africa. Mostly farmers.<\/p>\n 5. Die blonde matroos – (The blond sailor)<\/a><\/p>\n The words listed are not the same as what Jim Reeves is singing!<\/p>\n 6. Verre Land – (Far away land)<\/a><\/p>\n A person longing to go back to the far away land, where everything is nice, with the sun shining, and the waves crashing in the sea.<\/p>\n 7. We were in a snow storm once in Ceres.<\/p>\n I was a teenager in Bulawayo when I first heard Jim Reeves sing Afrikaans, but I couldn’t understand anything he sang.
